Eden Mouth

The mouth of the River Eden in NE Fife, Eden Mouth is located at the entrance to the Eden Estuary, 2¾ miles (4.5 km) north of St. Andrews. Nationally important numbers of wintering sea duck are to be found hereabouts, including common and velvet scoter, scaup and eider. Tentsmuir Sands lie to the north, while St. Andrews Bay is situated to the south.
