The middle of a line of small islands and rocks lying between Dragon Ness and West Linga, off the northeast coast of the Shetland Mainland, Bruse Holm rises to 20m (65 feet) at the southern end of the Lunning Sound. Hunder Holm is located the southwest, while Ketill Holm lies to the east.
