A five-span steel-girder bridge that carries the North Clyde Line over the River Leven in West Dunbartonshire, the Dalreoch Railway Bridge a quarter-mile (0.5 km) northwest of Dumbarton town centre. Opened with the line in 1850, the original timbers were replaced around 1870 by steel girders supported on the same four red sandstone ashlar piers, with rounded cutwaters. Its span is 91.4m ( 300 feet) and the line is now double-track.
