Breacdearg, a dreary loch in Urquhart parish, Inverness-shire. Lying on the western shoulder of Mealfourvounie, at 1750 feet above sea-level, 1¾ mile from the western shore of Loch Ness, it measures 6 by 1½ furlongs, and abounds in trout about ½ lb. each.
