Glenmark, a glen of Lochlee parish, N Forfarshire, traversed by the Water of Mark, a troutful stream that, rising at an altitude of 2420 feet close to the Aberdeenshire border, winds 101/8 miles north-north-eastward and south-eastward till, after a descent of 1600 feet, it unites with the Water of Lee at Invermark, near Lochlee church, 17 miles NW of Edzell, to form the river North Esk.Ord. Sur., sh. 65, 66, 1870-71.
