A location on the South Ayrshire coast, Croy Shore lies 2 miles (3 km) south of Dunure. A popular holiday centre with a sandy beach, nature reserve and caravan park, Croy House lies immediately to the south and the Electric Brae (Croy Brae) a half-mile (0.8 km) to the east.
