A location in the Scottish Borders, Scabcleuch lies a mile (1.5 km) west of Ettrickhill. The Southern Upland Way leaves the road here, turning sharply to follow the Scabcleuch Burn north. Scabcleuch Hill rises to 435m (1427 feet) immediately to the northwest.
