A summit in the S of Moray, The Bruach reaches 715m (2345 feet) falling steeply into Glen Avon to the north, 8½ miles (14 km) west southwest of Cock Bridge. It is linked to a lesser summit which rises to 704m / 2309 feet a half-mile (1 km) to the west.
