Craigs of Lundie

(Lundie Craigs)

A line of south-facing crags within the Sidlaw Hills of Angus, the Craigs of Lundie (or simply Lundie Craigs) descend from a summit at 353m (1158 feet) towards Ledcrieff Loch, a mile (1.8 km) west northwest of the hamlet of Lundie. With the nearby Ardgarth Loch, the Craigs forms a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) which extends to 30 ha (74 acres) and includes dry grassland, heath, basin fen and valley fen ecosystems at the foot of the cliffs.
