Hareshaw Hill

A summit on the boundary between East Ayrshire and South Lanarkshire, Hareshaw Hill rises steeply to 467m (1532 feet) a half-mile (1 km) east northeast of Glenbuck. The Galawhistle Wind Farm extends onto its northern slopes, whilst opencast coal mining has eaten into the hill from the west.

There is another Hareshaw Hill 18 miles (29 km) to the west northwest.
