Carn Bad a' Ghuail comprises a pair of summits on the border between Moray and Aberdeenshire, to the east of Glen Avon and 5 miles (8 km) west of Cock Bridge. The northerly summit rises to 629m / 2063 feet, while its southerly neighbour reaches only 618m / 2027 feet.
