Loch Mhurchaidh

A lochan in the extreme N of the island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, Loch Mhurchaidh lies between Margadale Hill and Sgarbh Breac, 2½ miles (4 km) southwest of Ruvaal. Extending to 2.8 ha (7 acres), it receives two small stream and casts off a headstream of the Allt Mor to the north.
