Kilnaughton Bay

A bay with a fine sandy beach and sheltered anchorage for yachts on the south coast of the island of Islay (Argyll and Bute), Kilnaughton Bay lies on the neck of the Oa peninsula, a mile (1.5 km) west of Port Ellen. Kilnaughton Chapel, together with ancient and modern cemeteries lies behind the bay, while the settlement of Kilnaughton is situated to the south.
