Uisg an t-Suidhe

A short rivulet in Islay, the Uisg an t-Suidhe forms as the Allt na Coite emerges from Loch an Raoin and meets the Abhainn Ghlas, ¾ mile (1.2 km) east of Foreland House. It flows southeast for 1½ miles (2.5 km) to fall into Loch Indaal at Uiskentuie. A 2012 survey showed the Uisg an t-Suidhe supports a healthy population of brown trout and salmon.
