Almondvale

Almondvale represents the central district of Livingston in West Lothian, located between Livingston Village and Dedridge. Located here is The Centre - a large shopping centre once known as the Almondvale Shopping Centre - which is connected to Livingston Designer Outlet. Nearby are four further retail parks; namely Almondvale West Retail Park (11,055 sq. m / 119,000 sq. feet), Almondvale Retail Park (10,312 sq. m / 111,000 sq. feet), Almondvale South Retail Park (14,028 sq. m / 151,000 sq. feet) and Livingston Retail Park (4004 sq. m / 43,102 sq. feet), next to Almondvale Business Park.

There is also the Almondvale Stadium, Xcite Livingston Leisure Centre, the Almondvale Campus of West Lothian College and, on the opposite side of the river, West Lothian Civic Centre in Almondvale Park.

On Almondvale Boulevard is Community, a bronze sculpture by Charles Anderson that was commissioned by the Livingston Development Corporation in 1996, while on Almondvale Road to the south is the 9.5-m / 31-foot twisting stainless-steel Till We Meet Again (2002) was the work of Malcolm Robertson.
