Cornaig Beach

(Tràigh Chornaig)

A broad and beautiful sandy beach on the north coast of Tiree in the Inner Hebrides, Cornaig Beach (Gael: Tràigh Chornaig) lies to the north of Loch Bhasapoll, a half-mile (0.8 km) northwest of Cornaigmore. This curved beach extends to a half-mile (1 km) in length and gives way to an extensive dune system inland.
