A sandy beach trimmed with rocks on the east coast of Iona in Argyll and Bute, Traigh Mhor lies a short walk south of Sligneach and ¾ mile (1.2 km) south southwest of Baile Mor. Offshore are a number of rocks and rocky islets, the largest of which is Eilean Mor.
