Ben Aigan

A hill rising to a height of 471m (1546 feet) to the east of the River Spey in Moray, Ben Aigan lies to the east of Rothes and northeast of Craigellachie. Its summit, which is surrounded by plantation forest, is marked by an Ordnance Survey primary triangulation pillar installed in 1936 for the re-triangulation of Great Britain. The Spey flows along the foot of its western and northern slopes and the Speyside Way lies within the Wood of Arndilly, where there are also forest cycle routes.
