Loch Ballygrant

A small loch in the E of the island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, Loch Ballygrant is located a quarter-mile (0.5 km) east of Ballygrant. It extends to 27 ha (67 acres), is surrounded by woodland and includes several islets, including a crannog. The loch provides a recreational fishery and is the source of the Ballygrant Burn.
