Parish of Callander

Callander is a parish, which lies in Stirling Council Area, some 14 miles (22 km) southeast of Crianlarich and 14 miles (23 km) south of Killin in Stirling.

It is located in the old county of Perthshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 231.2 sq. km (89.2 sq. miles) and includes the settlement of Callander. Callander has 8 neighbouring parishes; namely Aberfoyle, Arrochar, Balquhidder, Buchanan, Comrie, Kilmadock, Muthill and Port Of Menteith.
