A settlement and estate in W Highland Council Area, Attadale lies on the east side of Loch Carron, 2 miles (3 km) south of the head of the loch. Attadale has a railway station (1868) on what is now the Kyle of Lochalsh Line, which was the terminus of the line for a short time until it was extended to Stromeferry. The River Attadale flows down to join the loch here.
