Loch a' Chlachain


(Loch Clachan)

A small loch which lies just to the southwest of the hamlet of Dunlichity and 7 miles (11 km) to the south of Inverness. Loch a' Clachain (Loch Clachan) receives water from the much larger Loch Duntelchaig, which lies a quarter-mile (0.5 km) to the west, and drains into the River Nairn a mile (1.5 km) to the east.
