Parish of Glenisla Glenisla is a parish, which lies in Angus Council Area, some 13 miles (21 km) north of Blairgowrie in Perth and Kinross and 14 miles (22 km) northwest of Kirriemuir in Angus.It is located in the old county of Forfarshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 167.9 sq. km (64.8 sq. miles).
