Bobby Lammie


1997 -

Curling champion. Born in Stranraer and educated at Stranraer Academy, Edinburgh Napier University and University of Stirling. Lammie joined Bruce Mouat in 2015 and together they won a bronze medal at the World Junior Curling Championships held in Tallinn that year, followed by a gold medal at Copenhagen (2016). With Hammy McMillan (b. 1992), Grant Hardie (b. 1992), and Ross Whyte (b. 1998) as alternate, Lammie and Mouat won gold medals at the European Curling Championships of 2018 and 2021, and a silver medal in the World Men's Curling Championship of 2021. This successful team went on to gain a silver medal in the Beijing Winter Olympics of 2022.
