An elongated summit at the centre-west of the Oa peninsula on the island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, Maol Mhor rises to 156m (511 feet) to the south of Glenastle Loch and a mile (1.7 km) west of Coillabus. It is lower than Maol Beag, which is situated 2 miles (3 km) to the southeast.
