Parish of Gamrie Gamrie is a coastal parish, which lies in Aberdeenshire Council Area, some 8 miles (14 km) north of Turriff and 14 miles (23 km) west of Fraserburgh in Aberdeenshire.It is located in the old county of Banffshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 69 sq. km (26.6 sq. miles).
