Parish of Boyndie Boyndie is a coastal parish, which lies in Aberdeenshire Council Area, some 10 miles (16 km) northwest of Turriff in Aberdeenshire and 13 miles (20 km) east of Buckie in Moray.It is located in the old county of Banffshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 28.2 sq. km (10.8 sq. miles).
